From estimate to completion, this project worked very well. The staff were professional and courteous, the job was of high quality and cleanup was terrific. A bonus was the interior design advice they offered. Dave, Caleb, Madeline and Lucas did excellent work, and Lucas was great at overseeing the project and communicating with us. We made a dramatic change in the exterior colors of our house and we love the bright bold results. The planning process was relatively clear and easy. The carpentry work, including a few repairs, was done well. Power washing was very thorough. During the painting process, there were some delays and gaps in communication, and some areas were not prepped as well as they should have been. Took way too long to finish a bedroom. Days they said they would show up and did not and nothing from them. Room looks great when they finally finished.
Zach did a fantastic job on the front door. Very professional and neat. Would definitely recommend McLain’s Painting.
