Highly recommend! I have been a customer of Amy/MCL for the past 7 years for two different properties. I left my most previous NC home in the care of MCL Property Management and they have made sure that the home is taken care of and ensured proper repairs and placement of tenants. The maintenance team responds to issues quickly and has kept our home in the best shape for our tenants. Customer service with a smile. On top of being a customer service friendly company, they are also affordable for a management company. They maintain the property I own in NC and I never have to think twice about worrying if it’s not taking care of or not.
