RecommendedHave done business with them for over 20 years. they are honest, don't put parts on your car or truck if not needed. Good and dependable. highly recommend and friendly when you walk in the door.
Unless we break down out of town, McKnight Tire and Auto will be the ONLY shop that works on our vehicles. We use both the Jefferson City and Columbia locations. I have found the mechanics to be reliable and the managers to stand behind their work. We drive high mileage vehicles, and we trust McKnight.
I took my car there at 8:00am, when I went to pick it up at 3:30 pm still wasn’t done. I just had a nail in the tire. Probably won’t be back
I have to bring my truck all the way from Montgomery City to Columbia to have my oil change done as to not deplete my warranty on my truck per JD Byryder which to me is worth the drive and back..some say that's not worth it but actually it is..tomorrow July 18,2018 will be my 3rd visit to McKight Tire and I really don't have any complaints..I'm thinking this time while I wait as it does take longer then I'm use to waiting which is fine I will go visit that thrift shop to kill time..worth the drive for me..y'all are very nice
I have been taking my truck to McKnight for almost a quarter-century. It's been quite simple: something is wrong, they find and fix it, and it costs less than I am expecting. Also, I am not one who is automotive-intelligent, and I've not been deceived and often been enlightened by the McKnight team. Always a wonderful experience! Just moved here needing a tire source. Beginning at the front desk with tremendous service and personality with John and Darrell. Competitive pricing and talented workers in the shop.
McKnight tire is the best! They went above and beyond to help us while we were at the hospital welcoming our baby. I would more than recommend this place to anyone!
