Made an emergency stop on our way from St. Louis to Kansas City with three trailers full of marching band equipment for a competition. Jacob Coon and his team dropped what they were doing to get two trailers and a truck back on the road so that we could get our equipment to Kansas City in time for our children to compete. Fantastic customer service excellent quality and experience like none other thank you Jacob and Team for all of your help!!!!
do not buy tires from this establishment unless you want to be screwed over on the warrantee of them terrible service never going back! dont let them fool you I thought they were great once to but now terrible service. 75000 mile tire barely 20000 on it and they wont back their tires up.
Thank you very much to the gentlemen at McNight! I had a completely flat tire tonight and they stayed open to get me all patched up and ready for my two hour drive home! They were all very friendly and great to work with!
I took my daughters car there a couple months ago and received excellent service above and beyond so I decided they would get all my business. then a few days ago I took my truck there and had an issue that I wasn't satisfied with. but as soon as Jacob, the sales manager found out about my concerns, he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. will I go back? yes. because we all have bad days and the advisor was genuinely sorry and they all went above and beyond to insure that I left with no regrets or dissatisfaction.... read more
