Prick wasted our case, and its stuck in limbo. He told us yes its worth it for us to leave it in his hands vs settling with ICBC. That was 5 years ago. STAY AWAY from this clown. I was referred to Don McKnight from my massage therapist. I can easily say I was well taken care of from start to finish. His team took care of contacting ICBC, approving any care I required, and were always easy to contact. Other than our opening and closing meetings, all communication was done over the phone and through email, which was extremely convenient.
