My husband went here a few times but after being cancelled on multiple times, the decision was made to move on to a more reliable therapist. This place was nice enough to not bill one of the sessions because of all these cancellations which was very kind at the time. After all future appointments were cancelled after making the decision to look for someone new, they decided to bill for that 'freebie' appointment today. The admin team was incredibly kind and helpful when I first reached out, especially with getting direct billing set up.
