Nicole is simply amazing. There was a delay on my order due to unforeseen circumstances… this amazing human loaded my order up in her own vehicle and personally delivered it. She went above and beyond when she really didn’t have to, I can’t recommend them enough!
This company deserves no stars. They were suppose to deliver us dirt and soil on a Friday. We paid them in full. Friday comes and no dirt or soil. I kept calling asking when it was going to arrive, the person over the phone kept saying you’re the next stop. Each hour went by nothing. Now it’s 9pm at night and I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone. McKinney is closed on Saturday and I had my landscapers scheduled to come Saturday. Lost money on both sides. There was a quality issue with one of the items but the management team took care of it promptly, no questions asked.
