Don’t ever buy anything these people are selling. Bought a house Jeff Chupp was selling in Elkhart back in June and he supposedly “renovated” it himself. Terrible work. Toilets aren’t even secured correctly. Wrong size pipes leading to septic tank resulting in bath tub filling up when washing machine drains. Bad electrical work, probably not professionally done. If I could give negative stars I would. This guy is a sleazy realtor. No wonder we were warned not to buy from him and that he had a bad reputation. Update: Claimed ... read more
