They were accommodating when they needed our business - made it sound like it was no problem to get an appointment and get our trust done. Then, after weeks/months of work, once it was executed, there was a problem. They notified us and tried to get us to fix our own problem. They would also send us reminder letters in the mail there was a problem and then send bills for the writing of such (non-legal) correspondence (ie a secretary wrote you a letter - then ... read more
Do not recommend. Hired them in 2023 to create a trust for us. Not too long after it was executed, they notified us there was an error. They sent us documents to try and fix ourselves and then would send us reminder letters in the email that this needed to be done while also billing us for the time they took to write this correspondence about the error. They use staff/paralegal like lawyers. When I tried to make an appointment to update something the trust because someone named in the trust died, they told me it would be 2 m... read more
