Stephanie was through the process of selling our townhome. She came and evaluated the house to help us make sure we had everything up to par in order to get the best price out of it. Stephanie was amazing working with this older picky couple. She did the impossible finding us a home…ranch style, 3 carports, no HOA, & close to the interstate. And we changed our mind 3 times where to move to. Stephanie is quick to respond to your texts & questions. She is nice to work with & she’s funny; a plus because looking for a home is like having a job. At times we were so discouraged, but she always said the right house will show up for you. 4 months later here we are & very happy.

Lane and Stephanie are an amazing team. Moving from out of state, we didn't know very much about the area. They answered all of our questions and showed us properties that best fit our wants and needs. We were also able to get a better contract price and closing terms due to their negotiating skills.
Stephanie was amazingly patient, helpful, knowledgeable and caring for our family in the process of buying a home.
