The closing on the sale of my mom’s out-of-state condo was completed yesterday. Lane was great. As promised, he was actively involved in every step of the process from inception to closing and was on top of managing the many details. He was very knowledgeable (and realistic) about the local market and made a number of helpful suggestions to help prep the property for sale. He was often available to take my calls and I found myself leaning on his wisdom and expertise. I highly recommend Lane.
Stephanie was amazing working with this older picky couple. She did the impossible finding us a home…ranch style, 3 carports, no HOA, & close to the interstate. And we changed our mind 3 times where to move to. Stephanie is quick to respond to your texts & questions. She is nice to work with & she’s funny; a plus because looking for a home is like having a job. At times we were so discouraged, but she always said the right house will show up for you. 4 months later here we are & very happy.
Lane and Stephanie are an amazing team. Moving from out of state, we didn't know very much about the area. They answered all of our questions and showed us properties that best fit our wants and needs. We were also able to get a better contract price and closing terms due to their negotiating skills.
