I took my 2017 Ram yesterday to McKinney Radiator in Forest City. My heat was not working and if you own a Ram you know…They were not happy about me insisting I stay (because we don’t live in the area) while they did the work because they don’t have a waiting area, so I stayed in my truck and read a book while he worked. Called and described where my coolant leak was and they agreed the issue was a cracked plastic connector and suggested replacing it with a metal one. Also very helpful on the battery replacement offering several choices in different price ranges. Cost was very acceptable and the repairs done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
Had my radiator recored here and these guys did a great and quality job. I will be back, Thank you!
