The guys at Mckinney Oil Xchange are always helpfull I have never had a problem with them they always try to take me right in even with out a reservation even with my motor home. thanks guys

They were friendly, quick, knowledgeable, professional and honest. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, they did recommend that I get new brakes soon (which I know I need), and I feel good knowing that I supported a smaller business and didn't give my money to the Fischer Lube Center. I'll certainly be back. Thanks!
This time we came here and I've now been exposed to the best oil change service that I can't even compare with other places. They're quick like they advertised and so friendly!
Great place.these guys are totally different, they care about the work they do and pay attention to the details. Once, I came in with my Miata which rides very low and they brought out extra wooden planks and very carefully positioned it over their pit to make sure they didn't scratch the suspension. Another time, in a different car, they spent 15 minutes taking out my fuel filter at my request only to find out it was fine and didn't need replacement. I have gone there several times for my oil changes and I have always received excellent service .Always know that excellent customer service can either make you or break you, but as I see it you all have a great employee
