I have had troubles since unit put in (3 years ago). he says he never done this so.et of unit. said never put fresh air intake in a house. my fire alarms go off cause humidity so high in house, have no smoke detectors up. he spent most summer out at house trying to fix.. nothing accomplished. now winter rolling in, central heat not working. he doesn't answer phone or text. so I will be bringing someone else in to get problems fixed
After calling 3 companies recommended, I called Dave. He was the only one out of the 3 who didn’t try to get rid of a customer, didn’t complain about being busy or talk me out of using his services. He was honest and gave his best opinion to not only save his time but mine as well. I did what he recommended, and when all else failed I called him again. McKinney AC & Heating Installed two 20 Seer HVAC systems in my home recently. Dave's team was professional and quick in tearing out the old system and then installing the new system. Friendly and knowledgeable, Dave will make sure that you get the appropriate system for your home. As always do your research and ask questions, but Dave will have the answer and if there is a question he cant answer right then and there, he will get you the answer within 24 hours. When my A/c went out in my new home I wasn't sure who to turn to. Then some friends of mine recommended McKinney A/c & Heating. I called DJ and he came out to fix my unit. When my AC went out in my bedroom, I called McKinney AC and David Jannise came 5 hours out of his way and beat my competitors price as well. The company did exactly what they said they'd do. In a few hours, it was so cold in my room, I had to wear a parka!!!! But seriously, if you want quality work, call McKinney AC and ask for David Jannise. A man with integrity! Thanks David!
