Bought a truck recently that needed the engine replaced the day after getting it home. Not only did it take them 45 days before the truck was back but then the first day I get the truck back the oil seal broke loose and was spraying oil everywhere. They then proceeded to tell me I had to have it towed to their shop and I had to fight to have it towed to their shop. Dealing with Linus via email and telephone was an unexpected pleasure. There was no pressure and he spend as much time as I needed to understand my needs in finding the right vehicle. This experience deserves an A+ rating compared to other Chevy dealers which I have dealt with. I live in Sacramento, but was willing to travel the five hours to Mckinleyville to get the vehicle I wanted, mainly because of the customer support I received. ..... Give them a try.
