The McKinley Towers Complex is infested with bed bugs. The management is terrible. Things broken take forever to get fixed. If you're accidentally locked out of your apartment YOU will be charged to be let back in your apartment. Animals defecating in the stairwells. Some residents are filthy and often leave nasty smells in the hallway to enter into your apartment. TMHA of Trumbull County should be ashamed of this Complex
the staff tries to hard to be "tough" and forget that many there suffer from depression and are disabled to a point that they need aides to do everything. my nephew is crippled and is on the floor most of the time, yet he was given a handicapped apartment with carpet that is so filthy that it turns his skin black. they say they "cleaned" it. needed ripped out!!!! and yet they get all high and mighty....
