I had Elizabeth Mount Penner for our divorce case. After 8 months being with her she barely moved the needle on our complicated divorce case that was filed online in a different county by the ex party. We must have chowed through 20k. Then midway she left our case because she was changing positions. With no backup lawyer. We had such a critical case happening with no guidance. She assured us we won't be left alone. I hired McKinley Irvin to help with my divorce. Brent P. Bohan withdrew right before mediation, stating that they didn't want to get into a long trial. They then had the nerve to charge me for the withdrawal of services! I tried to talk to someone about it via email and phone, left several messages, and was completely stonewalled. Would not recommend! Will absolutely ditch you right before trial. Total let down. Avoid!!
Lindsay D. Camandona needs some serious training when it comes to Domestic Violence and abuse. Gaslighting your clients into doing what you want when they were married to someone who did the same thing is absolutely disgusting. Dropping a client because they want other options than what you suggest is also extremely abusive. Errors, lack of knowledge, big fees even though my ex was agreeing to everything... I had to send papers back to lawyer (Anthony Zorich jr.) several times due to errors they made writing them; I'd ask what a statute was about because I was signing that I understood or complied with it, and lawyer Anthony just said he didn't know, that he didn't have time to look them up or memorize them (isn't that his job?
