very rude receptionist you can never get in for an appointment as well you can't even understand half the doctor that's in there and on top of it try calling and make an appointment or talk to somebody it's pointless you'll be waiting for 20 to 30 to 40 minutes on a phone call on hold I'm looking for a new primary doctor this is ridiculous and I believe if you're staff doesn't like their job they should quit
Yall never answer the phone yall take 1 whole hour to answer the phone. Yall so unprofessional. I would not recommend this place AT ALL
They make an phone appointment then don't call. they would be billing me if I missed an appointment. My time is valuable also.

finally got my girls the medicine they needed granite urgen+ care is a joke and so is anderson express care bad hospitals mckinkey got them in on short notice and the medicine they needed

I waited 5 hours for a phone call from them. Finally after I called them back 15 mins before they close they want to see me tomorrow. How was I suppose to know without them telling me! On top of that I've never seen my actually doctor. Always tell me "just call and we will phone you something over" NEVER HAS THAT HAPPENED. Joke of a place !!!
Dr. Wasserman and his staff are amazing. They are super friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns.
I am a patient of dr. Thomas's this office sucks his staff sucks very unprofessional very rude extremely long wait to get prescriptions or see a doctor
