Our building had a roof at the end of its life and a tenant underneath who couldn't have any downtime. That was the one constraint, and the schedule got built around it. They worked in sections, kept everything watertight overnight and never left an opening exposed. The tenant never lost a single hour. The roof is finished, the warranty paperwork arrived without chasing and every drain runs properly now.
our commercial building needed the flat roof redone and opi handled it well. first call they got someone out to look and gave us a real number not some vague range. Chicago has a ton of roofers but these guys actually returned calls. scheduling worked around our business hours. which mattered. crew was fast and the roof hasnt leaked through everything since. smooth process start to finish
flat roof on our warehouse in Park Ridge had a leak over the office. OPI found the spot, patched the membrane and resealed the seams around the HVAC curb. dry through the last few storms. quick turnaround
OPI did the flat roof on our warehouse and it looks great new membrane new flashing all around the parapet walls, drains reset so they actually drain the seams are clean and tight they coordinated around our hours so we didn’t lose any operating days price was in line with two others bids.
OPI handled the flat roof on our commercial building and the result is exactly what we were looking for. Full tear off, new insulation board, and a TPO membrane on top. The work is clean, the seams look tight, and the drainage actually pulls water off the roof now instead of letting it pond in the corners like the old setup. They did the whole job without disrupting our tenants downstairs which we were worried about. Roof has held up fine through the season.
