OPI did the flat roof on our warehouse and it looks great new membrane new flashing all around the parapet walls, drains reset so they actually drain the seams are clean and tight they coordinated around our hours so we didn’t lose any operating days price was in line with two others bids.
OPI handled the flat roof on our commercial building and the result is exactly what we were looking for. Full tear off, new insulation board, and a TPO membrane on top. The work is clean, the seams look tight, and the drainage actually pulls water off the roof now instead of letting it pond in the corners like the old setup. They did the whole job without disrupting our tenants downstairs which we were worried about. Roof has held up fine through the season.
