Do not call these guys for any types of repair. Requested for them to replace two rollers/pulleys under the ramp for me. Specifically told them that's what I need to do and instead of checking and replacing the pulleys, they had told me that they had to order the part and went ahead and charged me the quoted amount for a "Cleaning". So when I asked him how much more I have to pay for the replacement of the pulleys, they quoted me an even more outrageous amount that is double the quoted price to come out again to replace when... read more
