This is THEE place to go for home-cooked comfort food; better than mom used to make! My favorites are not on the regular menu but if you call ahead, Patsy will probably make it! I HIGHLY recommend the Garlic-Chicken Lasagna or the BBQ-Pork ribs. My 90yr old friend says Patsy's ribs are the best he's ever had; and he's ordered ribs from every restaurant he's been to in the last 90 years! I happen to agree with him! If you're planning a day hike up the McKenzie, stop by & grab a packed lunch on your way up river!
