A friend of mine lives here. Anytime I visit the property appears to be well maintained and the staff seem friendly and helpful.
I have had a very good experience so far. The office staff (Tania) went out of their/her way to provide extra information that made moving in much much less stressful and saved days of delays. She was patient and thorough when providing information and answering questions. The building was clean, and the unit has good size/space as well as being well maintained
I am currently in my 16th year of living here and I love it. The only downside is the general transience of the population in the city, which sometimes affects the quality of the members who move in. I do wish people would respect social distancing more because COVID-19 is still active everywhere. However, I have made this my home and I have been very happy here. The quality of Maintenance, Cleaning, and Landscaping is very good to excellent.
This people will waste your time!. To all reading there dont waste your time here. I booked an appointment for viewing on 100st and the lady are so lazy to get up on her chair so she just described it and next i book again on there unit at 106ave mckenzie point but no one show up I’ve been waiting for 30min customer service say someone will come but still no. Waste my time. Never recommend boardwalk to your friends out there.
