Stark Exterminators are unreliable, very racist, liars, nonprofessional, inconsistent, and a huge waste of time. I called to schedule an initial first visit. The guy never showed up as scheduled, never called, nothing. And I waited home all evening for nothing. So, I called him. "Oh yeah, oh yeah, I can get there tomorrow at 2." I have 2 house dogs who hear everything from outside. The two gentlemen who just finished the inspection were so quiet my dogs never knew they were here.
