Since my mom started bringing my 3 youngest siblings & know I bring my 3 children, I have been more than happy with McKenzie Pediatrics.Dr. Huffman great!
I have been taking my sons here since birth (6 and 9 years) and have been so happy with the care they have received. The doctors help them feel comfortable and always allow plenty of time for discussion and parent questions. We're expecting child #3 in October and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
I continue to recommend Dr. Huffman and rave about the level of care he provides my children whenever the opportunity presents itself. The business office is absolutely easy to work with after I made a huge insurance mistake where vaccinations were not covered. Not only did they allow us to make payments on the high balance but advised me where to get the vaccinations at a lower rate until I straightened out the insurance issue.. A huge THANK YOU from this family.
It's very hard to get an appointment. I was told to take my son to the emergency room because they couldn't fit us in for a ten minute appointment to check for ear infection. Finally switched to OMG.. so much happier now.
kids love him. sick kids don't linger in the lobby waiting to be ween with those waiting for well checks. Dr. Todd always has time to listen. Nurses and reception kind and helpful.
From the awesome ladies at the front counter...to the docs in the back, and everyone in between....AMAZING staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
