Verified Renter So far I’ve lived here since August and I haven’t had any issues really. The staff is nice and helpful when you have questions and the events have been fun for everyone. I love that the bedrooms are so big, bigger than any apartment complex bedroom I’ve seen since looking to relocate to Little Rock and it’s very centrally located so you’re close to everything that you need.
Verified Renter It was absolutely one of the Best apartments that I've lived in, but it's becoming unsafe and has gone from peaceful and quiet to noisy and not well manicured trash in the parking lot dog poop on the sidewalk. We use to have pest control coming once every other month to spray for bugs we've had it done once in the past year. It's changing because some of the tenants are roudy and management has changed.

Verified Renter The community is beautiful, and I feel safe right here. Simultaneously, I also feel as if the staff caters more to tenants who have been here longer. Despite that obvious lack of attention, I do adore the complex more each day.
