Jourdan, the owner, initially was easy to work with and responsive. She was suppose to be having a fuel tank fabricated and installed in my boat. Weeks and months went by with her becoming unresponsive. I gave here a down payment for work. No work has been done and she has apparently gone out of business. This was a fraudulent business deal. She refuses to contact me back. Taking all legal actions necessary to recoup down payment plus expenses.
Partnered with the company as a small business, screwed me over and never paid me for quarters worth of labor.
Greed and a strong desire to outgrow the competition are just a few reasons this company sank quickly. I have known the owner JS for several years on a business level. I never thought she would burn me, hence why I now write this terrible review, but she brought this down on herself and left me no other choice. I was excited to maybe have found a solid all inclusive boat and motor service company. Started well, until after the 300hr engine service was completed. After over $2k (twin 200’s) my starboard engine would intermittently shutdown and was not cooling correctly anymore. I have been trying to get Jourdan and Ryan to fix the issue that wasn’t there before they touched it for 4 weeks with no luck. Ever since they bought egret boats the service is crap. I’ll be moving on to the next.
**update about this pathetic company and owner Jordan** Still owes my husband 24 hours of pay and fees that my bank charged us for her fraudulent check. Will not return phones calls and is full of excuses! Hopefully you guys read these reviews before choosing this company for work. She will screw you out of money like she did to her employees.
