Went to matthews ortho Carolina urgent care early in the day but realized they don't open until 5pm but the receptionist was awesome and got me squeezed in between appointments and I was in a room within 10 minutes. PA Mckenzie Seippel came in to see me asked a few questions and came to the conclusion of tendinitis of the rotator in my left shoulder. My entire experience at OrthoCarolina was great. The staff was very friendly. McKenzie seemed to be genuinely sincere about my well-being. She explained everything to me and helped me to understand how to correct the issue I was having.
Appointment was on time. McKenzie Seippel spoke clearly and sat down so that she spoke to me and not “down” to me. She had a good understanding of the purpose of my visit. I did not feel rushed. I had a follow up question about the prescribed medication. My phone call was returned the same afternoon. She was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Her staff reflected these attributes.
Dr. Seippel was a great help for me and was very informative about my knee injury. We got to the problem right away and found a solution. Thank you Dr. Seippel.
