****Best office ever!! ****Staff is always sweet and friendly! My fiancé had struggled with being sick for months our other Doctor “upstairs” was practically running out of the room when we would go there. Like you were bothering her. Dr Douglass didn’t even try to help. She told him he was diabetic and She can’t do anything for him. Didn’t give him meds or anything. Just Go to the hospital if he needs help. NP McKenney has always been very thorough and professional with me. Most recently I saw her for a somewhat routine ailment yet she took the time to look over my history, meds, lifestyle etc. Had more 1-1 than I normally get with doctors. Really welcoming front desk woman (wish more practices prioritized that position) who is professional yet kind.
Only focused on my pain and never ordered any tests to diagnose my pain. Also never addressed my increasing blood pressure or weight. Treated me poorly and rudely.
