Brian and his team did a great job refinishing our steps recently. He came over to meet with us after our initial inquiry, provided a reasonable estimate for the job, and promptly added us to his schedule. His team consisted of Jose and Alex. They did a good job sealing off the space to contain the amount of dust from sanding, cleaned up well after each day, and worked closely with us to match the stain to our existing hardwood floors. Can’t say enough good things about McKenna’s hardwood floors. Brian and his team did a fantastic job on refinishing our hardwood floors. The owner ghosts you and never returns phone calls. He says one thing and doesn’t do anything. He’s good at taking your money and not finishing the job. His workers left trash and old balusters on our deck. The owner Brian McKenna said he would have his workers remove the trash and never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know. Very disappointed!
