The cashier was helpful and knowledgeable about the products location, made it fast and convenient for me.
This is the most trash experience I have ever come across. They do not tell you the price over the phone so when the technician arrives it is astronomically expensive. It wasn’t clear in the call that the “service fee” is literally just them coming to your house not the service of taking out your AC/ do their jobs etc. I called to get some understanding and the people had recorded my conversation over the phone which is illegal.
