Here I am again dealing with this horrible property management team . If you read my previous review form three months ago, you'd learn that it I had a simple issue back then that took them almost a year to resolve. The second issue was a leak in my bedroom that has made it so hard to use the AC and it's a 100 degrees in Vegas these days. With the help of Jill guidance at McKenna My brother and his wife paid $150 nonrefundable application fee. I talk to Jill and let her know what we would like to do over the phone. I told her I would like to take my name off the lease and have my brother and his wife added. I also told her they can’t pay a deposit and when they move out my brother and I will figure it out at that time. Jill says we have had a lot of unusual situations and that wouldn’t be a problem. I rented from a property managed by this company and it started off fine to get into the house. I did an inspection and sent issues with the house and there was never a response from them to come fix them. They are quick to answer most of the service calls so that's why they aren't a 1 star. Moving out was nightmare of issues starting with a mandatory carpet cleaning that cost me $250. We complied and did everything on their checklist. Rented a property with McKenna for 3 years. Their online payment portal was handy and made it easy to pay rent on time. Unfortunately, that’s my only positive comment. Repairs took weeks, even if it was urgent, such as broken air conditioning during 115 degree weather (happened 3 times) or a leaking pipe in the ceiling. We had a hole in the dining room ceiling and soggy drywall for several months, despite multiple calls and emails. The major shock came after move-out.
