McKenna Audi - Please explain why my S7 was driven 119 miles while it was in for routine service Friday, Jan 4 through Wednesday, Jan 9? No service manager available to answer this question. The assumption the out mileage was noted incorrectly is NOT true. I audited the mileage I drove since picking up my car and the out mileage is correct. This needs to be explained!

This dealership is nothing but lies. The financial manager did bait n switch on our contract. It was late at night n we did not spot it until the next morning. Went back n he said nothing could be done. It was our fault for not being careful but this is dishonesty for how they do business. They lost a customer with 40+ family members, probably more with our story passed along to our friends.
