BEST podiatrist in Huntsville, highly recommended, great staff, goes the extra mile
Dr. McKee was superb. He quickly grasped the situation, explained the cause of the problem and the solution. He was clear about chances of the solution working properly. And fully explained the care needed at home. His staff was excellent as well. By far, the best office visit we have had.
Office staff was unable to access the online questionaire they sent me to update, which I did days before the appointment. They asked me to fill out new multi-page questionaire and made me wait while others, who had come in after me, were seen. This went on until I was fed up and asked that they cancel the appointment at no charge and I left. Dr mckee may be great but the office staff is terrible.
Went to Dr KcKee in Spring '16 with what he diagnosed as plantar fasciitis. Symptoms/causes are well documented as it is apparently a cause of foot pain for seniors. The doc sent me to buy a half-length insert for my shoe; was told to wear it in all my shoes and all the time; also don't stretch the foot, don't exercise it; just rest. It worked initially and I saw gradual improvement. From initial visit I went from a pain level of 7-8 to 2-3 over several weeks.
