Spoke to Amanda a few times, she is efficient, professional and very helpful. Then, had a talk with Trisha. She got back to me in a timely manner, again was very professional and understanding of my situation. She dispatched Clark the next day to my house. Clark is so knowledgeable and ready to help and explain, made me feel so comfortable and confidant with the issue we had. Leo in sales, Ashley in planning kicking off the full basement development we tossed in last minute, the home orientation guys who taught us how our home operates, and the site supervisor the McKee dedication and professionalism just hits different.
