Extremely poor quality of construction. Make sure you do not buy a house in a neighborhood where the construction is still going. The construction workers are playing extremely loud music daily using boom box. The management is ignorant and not responsive.
Impressive home that is well laid out with a deceivingly large interior. There is a second floor bonus room that stretches from one side of the home to the other that includes a separate bath and sitting area. All the houses are designed and situated so that no one is in sight from the patio for privacy.
