We had to have our entire HVAC system replaced. Luckily I contacted McKean's for the job. They were great to work with. They were professional and very helpful. They kept me informed throughout the job. A special shout out to Ben and JT who were polite, neat and right on time. Earl was exceptionally patient as we worked with my home insurance. They made this a painless process.
2nd time I've used them for my furnace. Stellar both times. They grabbed a part for my duct motor on the way today and were in and out in 60 minutes. Didn't have to wait to order. Understood the issue in the phone. Great communication from JT and his helper (sorry I don't recall the name but my dog liked him). They had reviewed my previous work and knew which motor you address waking thriving the door. Great work and thank you.
Our water heater died and leaked water into our bedroom on 11/25/25. I called McKean, spoke with Ben, who sent Chris to our place on his way to work, at 7:30 am. Chris was great, took some pics and said someone would be in touch. Zack and Matt showed up and installed our new water heater. Such wonderful customer service and professionalism by everyone, I highly recommend McKean, we are customers for life! Plus the price was very reasonable. A great job, thank you McKean!
My in-laws has a gas leak and the gas co shut down the gas to the home. They are elderly and needed some heat. Called them on a Sat, spoke with Mark. He worked with my sister in law, who was traveling up from NC to assist with the situation. He brought a guy in, who was off that day. The young man, also named Mark, was very nice and provided sensible options. Being an HVAC owner, I can appreciate when another company runs their service department the way I run mine. We needed a part for our furnace, and thankfully I was referred to McKean’s. Hudson waited on me, and he is knowledgeable, professional & cautious that I was indeed buying the correct part! He took the time to speak with my husband on the phone and they talked through the issue! I can’t thank him enough for taking so much time to make sure we were bought the correct part! Thankfully our furnace is back & we can put our space heaters away!! 😊😊😊
