Amazing! Spoke to a representitive online via email within a half hour of submitting a form for a thermostat by lennox going down at my grandmother's. Very fast response and solution within an hours time after 9pm!!! They cane here the next day and we're so kind and helpful. Long story short where other companies gave a high estimate this business looked up the system and co formed it WAS IN WARRANTY STILL AND THE THERMOSTAT WAS FREE. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I really appreciate the patience the gentleman at the counter had with me when I was trying to figure out the correct parts that I needed. I highly recommend this business.
I've used Mckean before, and have invested quite a bit in (necessary) home updates with them. They have always been thorough, conscientious, and honest. Recently had new heat pump installed, and John was very helpful throughout the whole process. Even sent me all the forms so I could get a rebate. There's also the added benefit that they back up their work. I'm comfortable with all their offered services.
McKean has come to our rescue twice. One time was water and second time was today when our AC went out. Both time they were able to come out within the day before business hour ends so we were not charged “emergency” rate. They actually started do some simple troubleshooting before sending anyone out. And they asked for picture of the AC unit so they could come prepared. All very good work ethics. And they seemed to hire the most honest and humble tech. These are some of the most knowledgeable and skilled folks in the business. This family owned shop installed two AprilAire devices in our HVAC. From John coming by to do the estimate, to Mike and Nathan for the install, I knew I picked the right company. I don’t hesitate to recommend these folks for any hvac or pluming work.
