We had to have our entire HVAC system replaced. Luckily I contacted McKean's for the job. They were great to work with. They were professional and very helpful. They kept me informed throughout the job. A special shout out to Ben and JT who were polite, neat and right on time. Earl was exceptionally patient as we worked with my home insurance. They made this a painless process.

This by far was the best service experience I have ever had! John came out and checked out the situation with our AC. They were scheduled to come on a Wednesday and much to my surprise John called me Tuesday and asked if I was going to be home and said that they were going to come and get started on tearing the old unit out. So Charlie and Ben came and got everything removed, then they came back early Wednesday morning and put all the new things back in. I've used Mckean before, and have invested quite a bit in (necessary) home updates with them. They have always been thorough, conscientious, and honest. Recently had new heat pump installed, and John was very helpful throughout the whole process. Even sent me all the forms so I could get a rebate. There's also the added benefit that they back up their work. I'm comfortable with all their offered services.
