The McKays on south 14 has been a disappointment the last several times I have been in there. The cupcakes are dry - the cookies are hard - and my favorite Petit forces are not fresh. I have tried to give them a second the third chance - I am done.

Was there last week with my mother and children to the cypress location. We stopped by to get them a treat. We had ordered 2 cupcakes and some cookies. My mother noticed some flies in the cookie display, and let them know she didn't want the cookies, but would take the cupcakes. The workers seemed to be mad bc my mother decided against the cookies. We paid for the kids cupcakes and when we got home, the kids didn't want their cupcakes because they were frozen.

I did address the customer service issue you expressed. I do believe customer service should be the top priority. And with customer service in mind, I believe that not having the cookies that people expect to see in a bakery would have also been poor customer service just because there was a change for flies. I do thank you for your feed back.
