I recently had a total knee replacement, and even though I've had 25 surgeries, I was still terrified of the PT thanks to other people's horror stories. Tiffany is amazing though! She was very sweet and although thorough, she was sensitive to my pain levels and needs. I highly recommend her for anyone needing PT.
Generally, the people you interact with are alright. The therapists and staff actually seem to care, but IMHC and the systemic issues they cultivate are emblematic of bigger issues.

I had a traumatic knee injury at work the doctor was able to put me back together but if it wasn't for Jake and everyone down there my leg would not be working thank you very much for all that you guys do..
