Needed several watch batteries…very quick service. Staff is very nice. Will be going back to see about some vintage jewelry, converting clip on earrings to pierced and a cocktail ring into a pendant later this summer.
I broke my chain that had a gold heart with some of my mother's cremains in it. I have never had it off in almost eight years. So I stopped at the jeweler in Buffalo Grove, MCJ, and they repaired it the same day, which was shocking. They were so friendly and kind, and I even offered to pay them more than what they asked for, and the lady said, No, that's not necessary. So they were very happy to do it for me, and big shout-out. It's family-owned, great place.
The owners are people of integrity-rare find in modern world. This store stands for their business. Highly recommended.
My wife and I needed minor work on a wedding ring. The gentleman at the counter couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant to work with. 1st class .
