I’ve been bringing my vehicles to MCJ auto for over 10 years and I can honestly say I don’t have any complaints not one. They have great service and prices. They know what they are doing. They are very busy but everything I have ever had done with them has been excellent no problems or issues. I took my car they said it was ready half hour later I got stranded on I10 and had a hard time to get a hold of them
They quoted me 70 bucks per wheel for brakes. ($280) when I get there the price changes to $500. Then the mechanic tells me my rear brakes are fine so he didn't change the rear brakes. They still tried charging me for the rear brakes that they didn't change. After I complained they dropped the price to $50 for each of the rear wheels because they took the tires off to look at them. I had to pay $100 for the 2 rear wheels which didn't need any work! Also no one in the office speaks ANY English. She had to keep finding people... read more
