One star is too much. I needed an order from the doctor to get my medication. I can tell you I called at least 5 times and different people will tell me that they will pass the request to the doctor. Finally someone did after 1 month of calling and getting hang up or never get a call back. After that, my insurance rejected my medication and I been calling to get another option, same thing. The phone staff is terrible. The wait time is 35 minutes plus and when they answer they transfer you into a voicemail.
First time. Hospital parking is always a challenge but thankfully folks move in and out so spaces open up in the multi story garage. Elevator in building 2 is a bit slow but still beats walking the stairs. Front desk check in is a breeze with really pleasant reception people. Once called final check is also easy. Dr. West is my Doctor and has a great bedside manner. Very informative as to possible current and future treatments. So far so good and recommend them for any issues you are experiencing.
This place is the worst place for veterans. Their staff don't care about their patients. Do not go to that clinic.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. The Call Center is TOTAL GARBAGE. Called to reschedule. Waited 25 Minutes only to be dumped back into the queue where I waited another 10 minutes with no answer.
