No place to park drove around and around, no street parking available.Some elderly people did find street parking and had to walk. Entered office only to find ten people in front of me to check in, stood in line 15 minutes to check in. Basically, one person checking in as one girl was busy with one person with issues that took very long. Where was the Front Desk Manager? Later told new docs added to practice, again very poor Management. Phone system is horrible. One star is way too much. Obviously by all the negative reviews... read more

This medical practice has THE WORST telephone answering system. It is IMPISSIBKE to speak to a nurse, administrative help, let alone a physician. They respond by sending you to a web based system called KLARA, which does not open or deliver "messages" from Mciver clinic staff. I suggest you find another urological clinic.

One star is too much. I needed an order from the doctor to get my medication. I can tell you I called at least 5 times and different people will tell me that they will pass the request to the doctor. Finally someone did after 1 month of calling and getting hang up or never get a call back. After that, my insurance rejected my medication and I been calling to get another option, same thing. There is a super rude lady that doesn’t even listen to what you need. She says yes, anything else? And hangs up. Dr. Dionise finally answ... read more

The phone staff is terrible. The wait time is 35 minutes plus and when they answer they transfer you into a voicemail.

First time. Hospital parking is always a challenge but thankfully folks move in and out so spaces open up in the multi story garage. Elevator in building 2 is a bit slow but still beats walking the stairs. Front desk check in is a breeze with really pleasant reception people. Once called final check is also easy. Dr. West is my Doctor and has a great bedside manner. Very informative as to possible current and future treatments. So far so good and recommend them for any issues you are experiencing.
