Satisfied Customer After another company messed up the wiring to my furnace and nothing would operate, I called McIntosh very upset. Someone came right out and fixed it correctly. He was very personable and congenial. I used the next time I needed service, different repairman, not as nice and didn't fix the problem. I called and asked for someone else to come out at no charge and they took care of the problem. I will probably use again.
Pretty good service Of course my furnace had to act up late late in the night, I called around and found Mcintosh who would come out, they said repairman would be there within 1 hr, 2 hrs later still noone.. I understand middle of the night and all.. He did finally arrive fiddled around for a short time and viola I'm toasty again.. : ) took awhile for him to get there but all is good now.. PROS: great rates and service coming out in middle of night CONS: took long time to arrive
OK Service I recently purchased a furnace filter here. I told them I wasn't sure of the size. They told me if it was not the right size I could return it with no problem. Well, it didn't fit. When I brought it back I had to argue about getting the refund. The staff was not very friendly. I would not go to this business again.

McIntosh Heating and Cooling is one of the best around! Not only did Dylan service my home but he also takes care of my businesses throughout the greater Kansas City area. He is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time! Everyone in the office is friendly as well! Highly recommended!
Great service and the people are always nice to talk with. They listen and explain what the issue is and what the part is for. I will never go to another company.
