I worked with Tisha, a Service Dispatcher, and she was fantastic. She got someone out to diagnose and fix my machine very quickly. The techs were professional and were able to fix our machine. I had called many companies prior to calling McInstosh, and they made the process easy and had wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!
