They never bothered to update their online info but the door now has a sign say8ng this location Is closing and not offering walk in services as of yesterday.
I’ve been on hold today since 9am, it is now 11:30am. This is ridiculous as I just need to ask a question about a fax that was sent but never answered. I rely on my medication to help me sleep properly and get me through work without chest pain. This clinic is incapable of good service, being considerate and caring for their patients. Absolute worst clinic in Toronto, Ontario.
Horrible experience, "reception will be back in 20 mins" 45 mins later, they come and tell everybody to basically leave, we are done and can't help you I go to virtual call, after waiting for 2 hours on the phone, "offline" we are now closed Pathetic, you should be ashamed of yourselves lmao
