Booked an appointment for 11am for an allergy test for a 6 month old baby and wait time to even see the nurse is 2 hours. If the clinic is so fully booked, additional time between appointments should be allocated. Anyone with babies or young kids would know a 2 hour wait time is extremely long. As soon as we walk in, the nurse did not even realize the patient is a boy rather than a girl.
Went there twice , the doctor refused to give me antibiotics, had to go to emergency and the doctor gave me antibiotics. I suffered so much pain for no reason. The doctor here knows nothing or doesn't give out the right medication on purpose, because of him I had sleepless nights crying in pain and agony , just because he didn't prescribe a 14 dollar antibiotic
I had a very disappointing experience with doctor Dr. Eman Ebaid Fahim Ibrahim . From the moment I walked in, she was dismissive and uninterested in hearing my concerns. While I was trying to explain why I came in, she literally turned her back to me and didn’t give me the opportunity to finish speaking. If there’s zero star I would give zero, there is no point to make appointments because if you make appointments at 10am, you are still waiting at 11am!!! The wait is brutal !
I had been a patient of Dr.Iskander for over 15 years and I am thankful for her dedication; I was a patient when the clinic was under a different outfit (THE DOCTORS OFFICE), but the service is great.
