My visit at this clinic was very good!
Waiting time was too long. I've been there four times, and I had to spent at least one hour on waiting each time. Such Bad experience!
My Dr is great but wait time is usually terrible. The last 2 visits were much faster however. So I keep coming back. Reception is hit and miss. Customer service certainly could be better. Update: I spoke today to a veteran receptionist with a raspy voice, who gave me instructions on how to set up the appointment online. It gave the earliest appointment 3 days away, Thursday. When i called back, there were a couple of slots immediately, which we had to rush for. Why didn’t it show this in their online system? Why couldn’t she... read more
Waited over 1 hour for my appointment, and the receptionists could not have cared less.
Doctor Eloho Odu is very thorough and patient. Well Health Thornhill is quite efficient and my wait time is very short when I come in for my appointment.
