The female receptionist needs to be fired. I thought I just caught her on a bad day, but nope, she is awful and clearly hates her job and people. Does nothing to help and hangs up the phone without saying goodbye. Why??? Why do you keep her on??? The male receptionist (I think he was South East Asian). - sorry, he was great! A little slow on the uptake, but kind and helpful. That woman. Well, read the reviews, she is horrible.
My Dr is great but wait time is usually terrible. The last 2 visits were much faster however. So I keep coming back. Reception is hit and miss. Customer service certainly could be better. Update: I called the office today and was on perpetual hold. Again! They have the worst customer service by far. If not for my doctor and my back up just moved to Whitby, I would not come back here. Be forewarned!

I had an appointment for 1pm. It is 2pm and they have still not called me. What is the point of making an appointment when they treat patients like walk in?
If you looking for walk-in clinic stay away from this clinic. this clinic don’t understand what is walk-in , if you go there they don’t accept you & ask you to book online. Then after you book online (it can be for next 10 hours or next day) , guess what, you still have to wait 3 hours when you show up for your appointment , so why book an appointment ?
