Every time I call to make an appointment, it takes more than one hour waiting on the phone! Very unprofessional and time wasting. I wonder whether there is anyone answering the phone at all. Online appointment system doesn't work for booking appointments with specialists.
Waste of time. So happy I was on time to our Allergist Appointment to wait an hour and a half to be seen for what I was told would be 2-3hrs for this appointment only to have a doctor say "this is a 10 minute consultation to make a separate appointment to do the actual test." He pulled up Google to tell me what he thinks my son could of had a reaction to his vaccines, everything we already knew from our family doctor. waited for 1+ hour for a booked appointment. What’s the point for appointment booking?!!
Today I called them at 11:54 am and 28 minutes just lisen to music , nobody answered my call , unbelievable
I got an abcessed tooth while I was on a trip to toronto, and they saw me without an appointment and it was quite fast, Dr erfanfar got me some antibiotics and pain killers for my tooth and he really helped me out until I could see my dentist the next week, I'm in alot less pain now
