To be honest one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing but lies and deception. $50,000 project only to be threatened by the owner. Supposedly getting a refund we will see buyer beware

I’m so happy with MCI. I have dealt with bob and he has been on point and reliable. I had a front door and back door installed. They did a great job front stat to finish. I will totally recommend MCI for your doors and windows!

I had a very good experience with MCI. They worked in my Gulfstream Shores condo two years ago and installed a hurricane proof door. There was a small gap underneath the door, and this defect was promptly corrected. Last August, I contracted a hurricane proof balcony door. the installation was perfect and I am very satisfied. MCI prices are good compared to competitors. I strongly recommend using MCI.

I was shopping the box stores looking for what I wanted as far as new entry doors and impact windows for my home remodel here in Boca Raton. Finally gave up. No choices and forget finding someone who knows anything. I found the great folks at MCI after a referral from my neighbors. Bob, Roger, and my salesmen, Tom and Todd were friendly and knowledgeable, showed me many styles and options, and had the job finished on time and right on my budget! I had originally given MCI windows five stars and I need to take those back and here’s why, the windows have defects which we couldn’t see until they were cleaned, all the screens lasted about a week and they’ve all fallen apart. I’ve called for service, Roger promised to send someone out immediately, no one’s ever contacted me (it’s been 3 weeks, inexcusable). Once they get paid you will never see these guys again.
