I think the apartments are great, but for the amount of money that is paid every month. I think Management could do a little better when it comes to parking . My neighbors and I have children but never have anywhere close to park. It’s not fair that people can have more than one vehicle that are both parked closed to the building at all times. Property is clean, safe, and convenient. Maintenance service is always available to assist the residents when maintenance issues arise. I would like to specifically send a shout out to “Tim” to quickly and professionally responded to a call I made about my A/C not working.
Cannot stress how much of an easy and truly great experience I have had getting situated and starting my lease with the McHenry Square Apartments- specifically Charlene Jones, whim made onboarding quick, and personable. I was from another state so was nervous navigating the process via email & phone.
