I think the apartments are great, but for the amount of money that is paid every month. I think Management could do a little better when it comes to parking . My neighbors and I have children but never have anywhere close to park. It’s not fair that people can have more than one vehicle that are both parked closed to the building at all times. Property is clean, safe, and convenient. Maintenance service is always available to assist the residents when maintenance issues arise. I would like to specifically send a shout out to “Tim” to quickly and professionally responded to a call I made about my A/C not working.
Cannot stress how much of an easy and truly great experience I have had getting situated and starting my lease with the McHenry Square Apartments- specifically Charlene Jones, whim made onboarding quick, and personable. I was from another state so was nervous navigating the process via email & phone. Referred and on the list of Fort Gordon Housing and glad I checked it out. Ms Melissa gave me a thorough tour, explained everything clearly, and made my future move-in process easy. Even while helping other tenants, she made sure I was taken care of. highly recommend. Update* Ms Charlene assisted me on my no stress move and answered all my questions. She even provided a small booklet for local area information since she figured out I have never been here in Augusta, Ga. Thank you again
