My maintenance request was acknowledged and fixed right away! The staff is also very friendly and respectful. Love the way it was all handled. Highly recommend.
Do not rent here. They are unresponsive on email and phone. They never answer their phone. If you are military they charge you the full months rate and do no ProRate the amount when you PCS. Choose a other apartment complex near the base that treats their military members better.
Excellent! Very quick and professional service.
It’s not a bad apartment complex, but my neighbor is ridiculously loud even w/ noise canceling headphones. I think the property allows people to lease units short term & that can result in some unruly residents. The grounds are moderately maintained & maintenance requests are resolved promptly. I don’t like that there has been an uptick in security incidents with car break ins. Love living here but multiple residents dont pick up after there dog or let there dogs off there leash i have had dogs pee on my potted plants and it smells after awhile, leasing management is very very rude and is not helpful at times, never picks up the phone, everytthing is never there problem, there never at office, but does have great repair staff that does get things done on a fast timely manner, and the apartment complex is beautiful,
