Apartment very nice and spacious, especially for the price.
I was there 2 years and my rent went up $300. This market is fried. The air flow in the units are not good. I literally had dust forming every 2 days. Charlene in the front office is so rude and nasty. Everyone else is nice and friendly, even maintenance. Overall it’s a good area and very quiet. The community is kept very clean.
Okay, here is your journalistic review of these apartments coming from someone who anxiously researches apartments prior to moving in them: Staff: 5/5 - very friendly staff. They are super easy to work with and very easy to get ahold of. If you have an issue with your unit, they are always there to help you and they keep you well informed with everything going on. I’m a resident at this apartment and when I tell you they bully you into paying more money. The lady in the office is very rude and talks to people with no respect. I hate living here and you will too. Please do not come here if you have pets as well THEY ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY. Also the dog park has fleas and they continue to leave it dirty.
Love love love this place. Coming from the West coast, this is one of the cleanest, quietest, well kept properties I have ever lived in. Everyone from the office to maintenence are very warm and helpful. Every change I get, I tell people to look at this property. Every first Saturday, there is a food truck festival, on random Fridays food trucks are outside the community. I just renewed my lease today. This is a great find.
