Just moved in the experience was amazing, and they get directly to the point. Edit: The maintenance guys are hands down the best, these dudes do not play. I swear they teleport to fix issues, if they come up. 💪🏾
Living here has mostly been great. Management and maintenance are pretty stellar, and the apartments are nice. If there are any issues they tend to be resolved quickly. However, my main complaint with the apartments are the walls. The walls are pretty much just the dry wall with no satin/glossy paint, and especially in the kitchen, there are no ceramic tiles around the appliances. This makes the walls extremely difficult to clean or not at all with grease splatter, which just gets absorbed by the dry wall. And trying to clea... read more
Living here has mostly been great. Management and maintenance are pretty stellar, and the apartments are nice. If there are any issues they tend to be resolved quickly. The area is mostly quiet, except for inconsiderate residents with modified cars and/or those who blare their music. Worst, there are kids from the houses behind the apartments who frequently zoom through the complex on dirt bikes, golf carts, and atvs. Moreover, if you live in the apartments facing Madeline Dr you will be forced to deal with the loud music an... read more
