Lie and push to up-sell, bad mouth the old owner who built the business. When you tell someone they need to run synthetic oil or they will void the warranty to up-sell is a LIE, to say the wrong oil was put in it last time is another LIE. When my wife call me to tell me about it I told her to leave and it went to the dealer for the oil change and was told half of the clips to hold cover under the motor were missing, gee the only place it had been for a oil change was here
They have thieves working there. Stole something from my niece's car. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
It's not often now a days I'm blown away with excellent customer service. Yesterday I was when I stopped in here to have my oil changed. Quick, courteous, thorough but not the least bit pushy (which I truly appreciate after years of jiffy lube) They even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my vehicle with no additional charge. #verysatisfiedcustomer
