This Pharmacy is super SLOW!!! With any other Pharmacy? WHEN a Prescription is called, E-faxed, etc? They work on it and If You pick it up the Following day? It SHOULD BE ready and NOT have to wait anywhere from 1-4 hours. Makes Zero Sense!! I know some are learning, However, the Head Pharmacist SHOULD already KNOW how it goes and would want Customers to keep coming. This IS an Issue EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Doctors are horrible and have no bedside manners especially Trauma dr Grove he is so rude and seems to have forgotten why he is in this profession
Things were going great on the 6th floor until this Saturday when my son was suppose to be discharged by a sub Dr. Which by the way hasn't happen yet. Don't u know that is not good for the patient!!!! Aggravation is what it is. The Dr shouldn't even charge for this. Hospital was not the hold up. So if the hospital CEO is reading this, please do something about this problem I'm sure this is not the only patient that has had this problem.
The worst hospital to work for, run the other way, to hell with the $$$pay$$$ not worth the day to day DRAMA- Very Poor Upper Management ...Pharmacy!!! (NEVER WILLING TO DEAL WITH THE REAL ISSUES WITHIN THE DEPT, Theft, and other issues-
