Dr. Mavis is an amazing doctor, my mother and i have been coming to this clinic for years and we have always had a great experience. the doctor is very professional, and communicates well and explains everything every step of the way and makes us feel comfortable and they are reasonably priced

For a period of approximately one to two years, I received medical care from Beverly, the Nurse Practitioner. Unfortunately, my last encounter with her was marked by a notable departure from her usual professional demeanor, as she exhibited rudeness and unprofessionalism, further accentuated by her chewing gum during our conversation. Called and was told to hold. I held for 30 minutes, hung up called back and was told had others on the phone and in office ahead of me to call back later.. what??? They apparently think we have nothing better to do than wait when we're trying to get help. Staffing is non-cooperative all the way

I was treated very disrespectful came here to see a Dr first I waited 2hrs then at my appointment time got a text saying it's going to be another hour. I'm from out of state and have never been disrespected until I came here. They gave my appointment to someone else without asking me or explaining the reason. These people are very careless and ungrateful and only think of themselves. US American Military deserve better respect!!!!!
