My husband got his wedding ring and I got my engagement/wedding ring set at McGuire's. We worked with a few of their staff, all of whom were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Sandrine goes above and beyond in customer service!!!! She knows my style and what I like. I have even forgotten a present as I was going back east. Called her while driving and she helped me buy some earrings over the phone/ texting with pictures. Had the present wrapped and mailed to my home in NJ in time for Christmas.
Will never go back My 1st experience with McGuire's was very negative in 2009. I left the store in tears. I hoped my experience would be better. We purchased my engagement ring and our salesperson strongly encouraged I pick my wedding ring too. I wish I'd had time to get used to my engagement ring, because by the time I did, I wanted a different wedding band.
